They reserve the right to cancel your room if you book online, which is cheaper, with the fine print stating if you haven't paid the deposit (which you aren't charged online), then they are allowed to give it to someone in person willing to pay more. They couldn't really explain it, just repeated over and over how it was all my fault. ![]() They said IT WAS MY FAULT that the deposit wasn't paid because I didn't call some number to have them charge my card or something. I explained to them that the website clearly explains you aren't charged until you check in. I asked why and they said I hadn't paid the deposit. This time, however, we got there after 11pm and they told us they cancelled our room and gave it to someone else because they ran out of rooms. ![]() Reserved a room at the Luxor online, as I had done several times previously.
